Oh yeah, we're going back to the OG going 2nd deck. Pretty fun to have an excuse to break this out again.
With no access to DARK monsters, you have to make up for the loss of Numeron Wall. This list maxes out on useful discard spells with the goal of getting Rainbow Bridge into the GY for access to Network. So 3x Rainbow Bridge, and 11 discard outlets between Twin Twisters, Droplet, Tract and Slash Draw. Slash Draw can also mill it, and then you have 3x Pathfinder plus Foolish Burial Goods, and Networks themselves. I was happy with it, found it to be very consistent overall.
Amethyst Cat is the brick for Rainbow Bridge because it can attack directly for 600, but usually it's useful as a monster send for Droplet.
Most of the rest is straightforward. Herald and Santa Claws (Tract target) to out towers. Dark Hole clears your own board if you were given a monster or token. Slash Draw is just fun. Not only is it great for milling Rainbow Bridge, but you can return targets you need or ED cards to make your plays. I won a game because both my Callings got milled off of Zombie Vampire and I just returned them with Slash Draw. Plus, obviously, play enough and you'll eventually just hit it and win on the spot, which is hilarious.
For the ED, N'tss, Malong, and Ferrijit are the Ultimate Slayer targets. The extra XYZ target doesn't matter, I couldn't find anything with a worthwhile GY effect that was LIGHT or EARTH. You can still play Megaclops but I found I was just never making it in this event. Steel Star Regulator is here because it can be made with 3 Gates and gives you a theoretical burn win condition; it will have 1300 ATK on the field and can close out a game where you barely missed lethal and haven't cleared the board.
