It turns out that one of the best way to counter Millennium Exodia is by not playing the game.
Basically, this deck's only goal is to stall out Exodia from attacking, while having the opponent burn themselves to death with their own Exodia's effects. If opponent chose to get rid of Exodia to prevent self-OTK, then we still have Dynatag + other battle traps to deal the final blow.
While this deck is specifically made to counter Millennium Exodia, it can play against other non-Exodia decks as well, so long as you have good opening hand and time the activation of each stall card correctly.
