Notes & Combos

This is Superheavy Ice Barrier. I was planning to bolster this deck with runick when I got more gems but I came up with the idea to add the superheavy synchro package to the deck and man did it make this deck strong.

Both engines have their own goals to accomplish. With superheavy you main goal is the make baronne and set scales if possible for a pendulum summon. With ice barrier you want to make ice mountain and spellbreaker with revealer in the grave. Revealer can achieve this by itself.

Main Combo: Summon mirror mage on the field with any effect monster to tribute; make 3 tokens; synchro into coral dragon ; always search the spell; tribute tokens and summon spellbreaker and revealer if one isn't in the grave; make ice mountain with revealer; activate spellbreaker banishing revealer. Under maxx c you wanna rush ice mountain and spellbreaker as this is your best bet to winning. If you've only got access to superheavy make bagooska.

Extra deck: With extra resources you can make adamancipater and/or omega. Packbit is really important because typhon is a huge threat to the deck which is kinda sad. Tenpai summoned this then acitvated kaimen the next turn when I tried to run over it. If you can make a extra level 10 synchro make gymir as it gives a blanket protection to all your monsters and is very useful against mirror jade. Sometimes you can only get a wakaushi on the field and nothing else so add a superheavy synchro in your extra deck. You can make chaos angel so can add that in the deck if you want.

Some notes: There's two gamma in the deck and I only summoned it on my turn once on time thief which won me the duel. Theres not much to replace it with so delta, hexa or a soulgaia booster are probably worth putting in.

Mirror mages effect locks you into water extra deck monsters.

Revealer effect locks you completely to special summoning waters.

Wakaushi monster effect locks you into superheavy only.

It took only a couple of days to get from master 5 to 1 but it is the end of the month.
