Notes and Combos

Thanks to DaoMinAh deck for providing me with the base template for this deck, please do check out his Lab guide.

Was running furniture trap heavy lab deck from D5-D1 before derank back to D3, often got weird starting hands and really depends on the matchup. Tried Backjack and Wannabee but never had good results personally. Rollback and Black Goat can brick without furniture, but can also pop off if you can use it. Anti spell is only good going first, and I often draw 2 of them. Terrors Overroot is actually kinda goated.

Hardest matchups I've done was against 60 cards Tear and SEFK. Tenpai is a breeze if you know when to use the trap & handtrap.

  • Same opinion with DaoMinAh, always remember Lovely first effect of keeping normal trap from monster effect. Summon Lovely first with normal Welcome before using Big Welcome to avoid getting Ash-ed.

  • Chaos Angel and Muckraker (also Typhon) are probably the only relevant cards in ED. Keep in mind Muckraker can revive Angel from GY so you can banish again.

  • Was considering DD Crow to replace ghost ogre and solemn, that card is quite good in this meta (Tenpai, Tear, Yubel).

  • My main strategy against non-link deck is to use and recycle D-barrier with Lovely to keep them in check. If you go 2nd and have Arias with D-barr / Traptrix / Daruma you have a good chance to play.

  • Not sure how but 3 cards Lady kinda works.
